SUPRISE KAK CT !!!

Lepaan yg dh improve sikit
Cubaan bunga yg 1 time jadi tanpa kehadiran guru
lebihan adunan kek..bebudak tibai

Buat kek & deco ni mmg kene byk sabar yek. Dahla mmg perangai x sabar, nasib baik jadi. Semoga Kak Ct happy ngan kek suprise ni..home delivery lagi....ehehehhe suka buat keje suprise ni..hobi gitu...Slmt dunia akhirat ye Kak Ct.

Story kek ni (Resepi kek baru buat dr resepi kek coklat fahimah - fotopages mamafami)...:

1) Adunan dikurangkan ke 3/4 sbb takut x masak kt dlm especially oven dh buat hal.
2) 1/4 adunan lg buat muffin/cupcake. Cupcake tu x leh cover ngan buttercream sbb bekas/cawan cupcakes tu lembik jadi ianya terbuka bila dikeluarkan dr pan.
3) 15 minit terakhir kene masak api bawah.
4) Memula nk buat deco fresh cream tapi terlebih beat dan dh x leh guna.
5) Terpaksa buat buttercream (resepi Wilton)..ok gak sbb bunganya x lembik mcm dulu
6) Bunganya menjadi....hehehhe sukenya walaupun x lawa
7) Lepaannya improve sikit dr dulu..mungkin sbb buat 2 adunan buttercream so, confident
Kek ni buat layer icing + buah peach kt tghnya...x tahu ok ke tak sbb memula nk combine ngan fresh cream..nnti kene tanya sapa yg makan..bole?

High Humidity Icing Recipe I (http://www.wilton.com)
Summer’s high humidity can make your icing and piped decorations wilt and droop. This recipe will help them stay fresh and pretty!

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
* 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter softened
* 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
* 4 cups (approx. 1 lb.) confectioners' sugar sifted
* 2 tablespoons milk
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Makes: About 3 cups.

Instructions

In large bowl, beat shortening and butter with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add vanilla; mix well. Gradually add sugar, one cup at a time, beating well on medium speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl often. When all sugar mixture has been mixed in, icing will appear dry. In small bowl, combine milk and cornstarch; stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Add to icing mixture; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.

Keep icing covered with damp cloth until ready to use. For best results, keep icing bowl in refrigerator when not in use. Refrigerated in an airtight container, this icing can be stored 2 weeks. Re-whip before using.
