Tetiba teringinnnnnnnnnnnnnnn nk makan cheesecake, nasib baik ada lg sedikit cream cheese. Apalagi buatla..hehehhe. Ala ini tambah coklat kat atasnya dan swirl la guna lidi.

Heheheh..jgn ditanya mcm mana terjebak dlm persatuan Finland Malaysian Association ni ye..Dorg skrg buat aktiviti masakan setiap bulan. Maka, utk bulan ni buat masakan cina.

Pertama kali memandu sendiri ke tempat baru dan x sesat..Hooray! Berjaya....

Sifu masakan ialah Swee Lan, Jerlene, Mee Lan.
Ahli lain: Shahnon, Yani & Laimes
Waktu : 10.30pg-3.30ptg

Masakan :
1) Nasi Claypot (versi rice cooker)
2) Kuih Bingka Ubi Kayu
3) Kuih Ang Ku
4) Kuih sweet potato versi bom
5) Bendi goreng belacan
6) Sup ayam + sayur pucuk manis

* 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
* 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
* 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup ( x letak ni, letak golden syrup)
* 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions

1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add maple syrup, vanilla, and confectioners' sugar; continue beating until well combined and smooth.
